Freezing Time

Don’t you just wish you could freeze time? That’s how I felt this past weekend. The cousins came over for a sleepover. We made Hanukkah and Christmas houses, baked reindeer cookies, played games, watched movies, read books, made art projects, ate pancakes….you get the point.  It was perfect. I wish they could stay this way forever.

Photography gives me that—moments frozen in time.

Here is my favorite of many, many moments this weekend—my niece. She and the girls decided to take their action figures and make them play in their Holiday Houses.

I think they snuck in a few treats in between.

Leading the Way–Cousins

I love when I show up on a shoot and I have to give zero direction. The kids lead the way.

These are 2 families.  Cousins.

A gift for Grandma.

This guy really had so much fun.

And the girls were all so sweet and nice.

And they put themselves in that pose. I couldn’t have done it better.

Thanks, friends.  I hope Grandma loves her gift!  Cheers.

Family of 5

I loved this session with this family.  They were all so dang sweet!

But I have to admit, I kinda felt bad for the family after I was done.

I think I might of have had a favorite here.

Can anyone guess who it was?

All three of these kids…JUST GORGEOUS!

I cannot be judged for my complete lack of self control when you put a baby boy (with cheeks like that) in front of my camera. I just can’t.

And in case you needed one more look at why.

Here you go!

A huge thanks for my new friends for a great session and for bringing this little guy along!
